
Tournament Format
Leg Tournaments: Each leg tournament (Cebu, Davao, Baguio, and Makati) will follow a Single Elimination bracket. Each match will be a Best of 3 rounds.
Grand Finals: The champions from each leg tournament will advance to an online round-robin stage. The top 2 guilds from the round-robin stage will then compete in a final face-to-face match in August 2025 (details to follow).
Team Composition
Each team participating in the tournament must consist of four (4) players. Registered members per guild must not be registered with other guilds.
Registration
Registration is FREE for all participants.
Registration will be conducted on-site at each leg location (except for the kickoff event).
Registration Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the day of the respective leg tournament.
Keep an eye out for announcements regarding a pre-registration phase on the official esports website: https://esports.playpark.ph/. This may offer early registration benefits or an instant pass on the tournament day.
A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 teams per location will be accepted.
Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Overflow teams will be designated as backup teams.
Requirements
Players must have an active account in the Rhisis Server using PlayID login only.
Characters participating must be at least level 150 or higher.
Limitations
- The tournament matches will be held in the Dekane Mine – Old Meteonyker Room, Channel 5 on the Rhisis Server.
- Registered members per guild must not be registered with other guilds.
- Each team member will be provided with 5 Scrolls of Resurrection per match.
- All participants are NOT ALLOWED to use their OWN Scrolls of Resurrection. If a member is found guilty of doing so, the team will be automatically disqualified.
- No restrictions on items, pets, or skills.
- Party formations are NOT ALLOWED (Participants should be in a Level 1 Party only).
A team can only nominate one character class in their lineup. Repeating character classes is NOT ALLOWED. - The in-game reward will depend on the class used during the event. (Note: Specific in-game rewards for this tournament will be announced separately.)
- Entries submitted after the registration deadline will not be accepted.
- Matchups for the leg tournaments will be determined by Challonge using a Single Elimination bracket. Each match is a best of 3 rounds.
- Any issue not covered by the rules will be decided by the GM Facilitator.
- All decisions are FINAL.
- The use of disguises is prohibited for all participants. Disobedience will result in disqualification from this season.
Mechanics
- Match-ups and schedules are pre-determined via a randomizer for all registrants.
- The event will be held both on-ground at the qualifier locations and online on the Rhisis Server for the Grand Finals.
- Participants must be online 30 minutes before the scheduled time. There will be NO set-up time provided, so you must be ready to fight once summoned.
- The summoning time limit is thirty (30) minutes only. If a member of a guild fails to be summoned, the Guild Duel will start without them at the scheduled match time.
- After being summoned, sit down and wait for the GM’s signal to start the fight.
There will be 2 GMs inside the tournament arena. - Guild leaders will be required to transfer guild ownership to the GMs. Once transferred, the GMs will initiate the duel.
- All 4 members must remain inside the Dekane Mine for the Guild War.
- Once the GM gives the signal, stand up, start buffing, and prepare for battle.
- There will be a 10-second countdown before the duel starts. After the countdown, the tournament participants may begin to battle.
- Each match will have a 10-minute time limit.
- Players are allowed to use any kind of food, pills, or premium buffs, except for their own Scrolls of Resurrection.
- All members of both guilds are allowed to move freely within the Dekane Mine.
- If a member disconnects during the event within the first five (5) minutes after the war starts, the match will be restarted with a five (5) minute time limit. However, this situation will be considered ONLY ONCE. If it happens a second time, the Guild War must proceed without the disconnected member.
- If a guild member disconnects during the event more than five (5) minutes after the battle starts, the match will continue.
- If the ten (10) minute match ends, the team with the most members alive wins.
- If the ten (10) minute match ends and both teams still have all 4 members, there will be a 10-minute rematch.
Important Reminders
- The Kickoff event on April 13 at SM North Edsa is primarily for explaining the tournament mechanics and answering participant questions. No tournament matches will be held at the Kickoff event.
- The first leg tournament will take place on May 17 – 18 at SM Seaside Cebu.
- All teams must adhere to the rules and procedures to participate.

Violation to any of the aforementioned Tournament Rules and Mechanics, Pre-game/In-game Procedures can be used as a ground for disqualification.
