
This tournament series will span across multiple locations, with leg tournaments held in key cities. The performance in these legs will determine who advances to the grand finals for the title of Overall Champion.
Tournament Format
Leg Tournaments: Each leg tournament (Cebu, Baguio, GenSan, and Makati) will follow a Single Elimination bracket. Each match will be a Best of 5 rounds, with only one match determining the winner for that leg.
Grand Finals:
The top 4 teams from the leg tournaments will advance to the Grand Finals. This stage will consist of a Round-Robin format played online. The top 2 teams from the round-robin stage will then compete in a final face-to-face match in August (date and location to be announced).
Team Composition
Each team participating in the tournament must consist of four (4) players.
Registration
- Registration is FREE for all participants.
- Registration will be conducted on-site at each leg location (except for the kickoff event).
- Registration Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the day of the respective leg tournament.
- Tournament Matches Start: 1:00 PM onwards.
- Requirements: Each participant must present a valid government-issued ID during registration.
- Class Registration: During the registration process, each team must declare the class that each of their members will use throughout the entire tournament. Participants cannot change their registered class after the registration is complete.
- DoorPrize Claim: Upon successful registration, each participant will receive a voucher code which can be used to claim the DoorPrize items.
Gameplay Rules
- Game Mode: Team Deathmatch
- Maps: Maps will be selected using a random map picker (online).
- Game Settings:
- Round Duration: 5 rounds, 5 minutes per round
- Lives per Round: Each player will have 1 life per round
- Mode: Basic Mode
- Effects: Disabled
- Potions: Disabled
- Item Restrictions: No Costumes Allowed.
- Participants may use any and all other items available within the Rakion game.
- Creatures: Disabled
- Chaos Mode: ON
- Duplicate Class: Disabled
Equipment
Participants are not required to bring their own gaming equipment. However, they are allowed to use their own peripherals (e.g., keyboard, mouse, headset) if they prefer.
Disconnection and Technical Issues
In the event of technical difficulties or disconnections during a match, the following rules will apply:
- Team captains will first attempt to reach a mutual decision on how to proceed.
- If a mutual decision cannot be reached, the tournament marshal’s decision will be final.
- Only team captains are authorized to address technical issues with the tournament marshal during a match.
- Any disconnection or interruption occurring after the one (1) minute mark of a round will not be addressed by the tournament marshal. The round will continue as is.
- If one (1) or two (2) team members disconnect before the one (1) minute mark of a round and no casualties have occurred on either team, the affected round will be restarted.
- If one (1) or two (2) members are disconnected before the 1-minute mark of an ongoing tournament and casualties have occurred, the round will continue, and the disconnected members will be considered dead for that round.
Prize Distribution
- Cash Prizes for the Leg Champions and Overall Champion will be awarded on-site immediately after the conclusion of the respective matches.
- In-game items will be distributed via the voucher codes provided during registration or through direct crediting to the winning accounts. Specific details on how to claim these items will be provided during the event.
Code of Conduct and Penalties
Any form of cheating, hacking, exploiting game mechanics, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in immediate disqualification of the team and a potential account ban. The tournament marshal reserves the right to make the final decision on any disputes or violations of the rules.
Important Reminders
- The Kickoff event on April 13 at SM North Edsa is primarily for explaining these mechanics and answering participant questions. No tournament matches will be held at the Kickoff event.
- The first leg tournament will take place on May 17 at SM Seaside City Cebu.

Violation to any of the aforementioned Tournament Rules and Mechanics, Pre-game/In-game Procedures can be used as a ground for disqualification.
Players must follow the Tournament Mechanics. Failure to abide by the General Rules will result in immediate disqualification of the whole Team
