MECHANICS

• Players are required to have a PlayID Account using PlayID Login.
• Players are required to use a PlayID Account using PlayID Login during the tournament

• Players must have atleast C Level Character to participate the tournament.
• NO Registration/Tournament Fee.
• Players/Teams will use their OWN Accounts.

REGISTRATION

• Registration will be conducted via a Google Form. The link will be provided soon, so stay tuned!
• A maximum of 12 teams per location will be accepted for the main tournament qualifiers.
  • If team registered only have 6 teams the rewards are lowered.
  • Leg Champion: 3,000 PHP Cash | No Cash Rewards for runner up
  • No cash rewards if less than 6 teams registered
  • No Cash rewards if we only have 4 teams
  • No tournament will happen if less than 4 teams is registered
• A minimum of 8 teams per location in order to have a Cash Prize
• A minimum of 4 teams per location in order to have a tournament.
• Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Overflow teams will be designated as backup teams.

RULES

• If a player/team becomes a Qualifier Champion, they are ineligible to participate in any additional tournaments location.

• All players are expected to maintain sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Any misconduct, including behavior towards tournament admins, will result in penalties.

• The Playpark GCC Team reserves the right to modify the regulations before the tournament commences. While players will be notified of any changes, they are responsible for understanding all regulations thoroughly.

• Players are required to be punctual for their matches. If a team or player is unreachable at the start time of their match, Playpark GCC Team may, at their discretion, grant additional time before declaring forfeiture of the game(s).

CODE OF CONDUCT

All Players are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship, honesty, and fair play, maintaining respect for the Tournament, staff, other Players, and spectators. Any inappropriate behavior, including cheating, hacking, exploiting, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct, will result in immediate disqualification and potential further penalties.

FAIR PLAY

Players are strictly prohibited from using any form of hacking, mods, or exploits. Macros are strictly prohibited. Rune sets, Titles, and Pets must be disabled by each player. Each team member must use a unique character during a game. Matches will only be restarted at the GMs discretion.

TEAM LINE UP AND SUBSTITUTES

No substitutes are allowed. Teams must stick with their registered team lineup for the entire tournament duration.

LOBBY & BANNING INFORMATION

• Ley character is automatically prohibited from participation or team lineup.
• Teams listed on the top half of their match bracket will ban one job for both teams, followed by the other team banning a second job for both teams.
• Teams will join the lobby simultaneously. Players may swap characters based on their opponent’s setup. Should teams not come to an agreement and continuous swapping occurs, all players will leave the lobby and rejoin and must stay as their selected character for that match. For all matches, bans will remain the same, and teams will switch who enters first after each game.

TECHNICAL ISSUES AND DISCONNECTION

In the event of a disconnection, the game will proceed without interruption. No resets will be granted for disconnections during a game. Players who experience disconnection before the match will be granted up to five minutes at the discretion of the Playpark GCC Team.

NOTE:

Violation to any of the aforementioned Tournament Rules and Mechanics, Pre-game/In-game Procedures can be used as a ground for disqualification.

Players must follow the Tournament Mechanics. Failure to abide by the General Rules will result in immediate disqualification of the whole Team
